What are the prizes?
There will be trophies for every weight division and winner's pogs. We are working on getting more goodies to be thrown in. Here is the current list of prizes:

• Trophies or Medals for 1st - 4th place for all weight class
• Cash for HW class as follows: $500 1st, $300 2nd, $200 3rd
• Pogs for each win -- all weight classes
• Kill Stickers (to put on your bot) for each KO -- all weight classes

Plaques or Awards for:

• Best Dressed Team (audience vote) - Framed Paper Certificate
• Best Driver (builder's vote) - Framed Paper Certificate
• Best Engineered Bot (builder's vote) - Plaque
• Most Awesome Loss (audience vote) - Framed Paper Certificate

Will there be compressed gas filling stations?
There will be a liquid CO2 tank, but please bring your own filling station (valves).

Is there a preliminary fight schedule?
There is no way to schedule fights until registration is over, of course we don't know how many bots will be registered or which ones will actually show up.  The tentative match schedule will be available as soon as humanly possible once all the robots have made it through safety and check in.

Combat times will be 10am-12pm (Sunday only), 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm (Saturday and Sunday).

Can I withdraw after registering?
Sure you can withdraw (sissy), but the registration fees are non-refundable... sorry. Once the infrastructure is locked in we are responsible for those payments whether you show or not.

What is the availability of concessions?
The venue has an excellent cafeteria.

What are the hours each day?
The building will be available 8am to 8pm each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Pit crew limits?
Again, we hope to NOT have to limit people as long as they are reasonable... we DO reserve the right to limit crew members if a team is taking advantage, or not being courteous to their neighbors. You will HAVE to register everyone, of course, and if you don't get crazy with your numbers and they are registered they will be issued passes. Be fair... don't expect to get 10 people in on an ant or a POP registration. We reserve the right to limit people in the pits if they get crowded. If they are NOT registered they will have to purchase tickets. If your robot does NOT make it through safety your passes may be revoked. Please understand that people have registered fake bots at some events just to get a bunch of passes... I want to accommodate all the builders and let their whole families enjoy... but REAL builders, REAL members of our builder family... not posers looking to scam the event.
